All applications must be submitted in writing. Verbal submissions will not be accepted. Applications may be made by on-line submission, regular mail, e-mail or hand delivery.

The Chamber will not be responsible for any applications undelivered by Canada Post, private carriers, or malfunction / non-delivery of electronic data.
It is the responsibility of the individual submitting the application to ensure the application is received.
The deadline for submissions is February 8, 2027 in order to be considered for the 2026/2027 school year.
Scholarship and bursary recipients will be notified by March 12, 2027.
