Domovnica 2026, an award celebrating Croats living and succeeding abroad, has officially opened online voting for its 20th edition. The award – organized by Fenix-magazin and Večernji list – recognizes Croatians across the world in multiple categories including music, sports, film, culture, and more.
Each year, this meaningful recognition brings together Croatian diaspora communities from every corner of the world – Europe, North America, Australia and beyond – showcasing individuals who proudly represent Croatian identity and culture abroad.
The second round of voting has begun, 42 out of 75 candidates secured a place in ROUND TWO.

The voting process takes place in three rounds, starting with the first online phase that began on January 22, 2026. Anyone around the world can participate by casting their vote for the remaining nominated candidates across a variety of categories. Every single vote counts and helps elevate the profiles of Croatian achievers in the global diaspora.
