Sonja Anica Nuic
Sonja A. Nuic holds a B.A. from McMaster University in Political Science and is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Sonja was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002.
Sonja has extensive experience in various areas of insurance law having practiced on both sides of the insurance litigation realm, including: motor vehicle liability insurance, accident benefits, long term disability insurance, coverage issues, construction and engineering liability, occupiers’ liability, product liability, property and fire insurance claims, and subrogation matters. She currently works in-house for Intact Financial Corporation as a senior litigation lawyer.
