Rob Goles
I am an education leader with over 20 years of experience in Ontario’s public education system, currently serving as a Vice Principal. My work has centred on leadership development, school engagement and mentorship; with a focus on supporting students, educators, and families through meaningful relationships and practical initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to mentoring young people and emerging leaders, supporting student well-being, and creating opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. I have also been actively involved in community-based youth development through athletics and extracurricular programs, reinforcing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and positive mentorship.
My interest in the Croatian Chamber of Commerce comes from a desire to give back to the Croatian-Canadian community in a hands-on way. I am particularly interested in contributing to initiatives related to youth mentorship, education pathways, scholarships, and strengthening connections between Canada and Croatia. I believe education and mentorship play a critical role in developing future leaders, and I look forward to supporting the Chamber’s efforts in these areas.
