The Chamber is excited to collaborate with and announce the CROATIAN WOMEN’S ALLIANCE (CWA), whose goal is to connect and unite female leaders of Croatian networking associations across the globe into one powerful voice and to create a platform for future generations of leaders.

We have gathered a strong founding circle of associations from different parts of the world including; Sydney, New York, Toronto, Buenos Aires, just to name a few, where the Croatian diaspora have already created strong networks, businesses, political positions and societies, while continuously nurturing respect toward their Croatian roots, history and heritage, and always aiming to maintain connections to the home land – Croatia.

The number of associations joining us will continue to grow, building even an stronger platform for collaboration, establishing and maintaining ties with entrepreneurs, business owners, corporations, agencies, non-profit organizations and governments to achieve our vision – to become a dynamic global network of Croatian women’s networking associations.

Major Antonija Trupinić
Test pilot and flight instructor in the Croatian Airforce

Antonija Trupinić is a Major in the Croatian Air Force. She holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering and has been a military helicopter pilot since 2008 subsequently becoming a flight instructor and test pilot. Born on August 15, 1984 in Nova Gradiška, Antonija completed her studies in aeronautics at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in 2008. She became a military helicopter pilot and, immediately following graduation, was employed with the 393rd helicopter squadron in Zadar. In 2010, she became a flight instructor, and in 2015, a test pilot on Bell 206B light helicopters. In 2022, Antonija was promoted to the rank of air force Major. She is one of only eight female military pilots in Croatia. In her free time, she is professionally and intensively engaged in fitness, where she helps other women to maintain their health through exercise and proper nutrition, and to build self-confidence by taking care of their bodies. She is a winner of the Inaugural Croatian Women of Influence Award, 2016 in the category of Women in the Armed Forces.
