Lilian Alilovic is a senior Human Resources professional.
Lilian is an HR leader with over 20 years’ experience working in global companies in positions of increasing responsibility. She has worked in various industries including IT, aerospace, banking, and education.
As a passion, Lilian is committed to mentorship and women in STEM. Lilian is on the board of directors of the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce where she is also the co-chair of the Mentorship Committee.
Lilian holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Toronto and a Masters of Human Resources Management from York University in Toronto.
