The KHL Zagreb atom hockey team is visiting Toronto from Croatia and played in the 43rd annual Shamrock House League Select Tournament organized by the West Hill Minor Hockey Association on Easter weekend (April, 2014) in Scarborough, Ontario.

The team of 24 nine year olds are members of the Croatian Ice Hockey Association and have been members of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) since 1992.

The Croatian Community in Toronto organized a hockey clinic with the help of coaches from the Toronto Titan Minor Bantam AAA hockey team (photo above) with special thanks to coaches Brian McLaughlin, Darcy Tucker and GM Eric Cella for their time.

Special thanks go to the 2000 Titans players helping with the clinic, (back row) Mathew Carrington, Jake Cella and Alex Kraljevic who received team pendants from the team. The coaches were presented with Hrvatska KHL hockey sweaters in appreciation for their time.

The ice time was donated by Vaughan Ice Plex and was well received by the team who have limited indoor ice rinks to practice on back home.
