The Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) will create jobs, strengthen economic relations and boost Canada’s trade with the worldβs second-largest market. CETA is a progressiveΒ free trade agreement which covers virtually all sectors and aspects of Canada-EU trade in order to eliminate or reduce barriers.
On September 21, 2017 the Canadian Embassy in Croatia organized a press conference to mark this historic occasion.Β Participants included Ambassador Daniel Maksymiuk, Canadian Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia and Martina Dalic, Croatian Deputy PM and the Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
