Established in 1986 and celebrating its 33rd anniversary in 2018, the Carassauga Festival of Cultures is a 3-day multicultural event showcasing over 70 countries at 31 different Pavilions in 9 locations throughout Mississauga.
With a new attendance record of more than 380,000 festival visits recorded in 2017, it is now the second largest cultural festival in Canada and largest multicultural festival in Ontario.
The Croatian Pavilion, under the auspices of the Croatian Martyrs Parish in Mississauga, has been an active and flourishing pavilion at Carassauga since its inception in 1986 and is one of the four original participating Pavilions. Carassauga’s goal is to promote and share Croatia with all the guests, encouraging respect and cooperation among all Canadians.
Many aspects of the Croatian culture and heritage will be showcased including:
music, cuisine, dance, sports, arts and tourism.

Passports are $10.00 advance sale and $12.00 at the door. Further details on where to purchase your passport in advance will be provided soon.
This event is an excellent fundraising opportunity for non-profit organizations in the Croatian community (folklore groups, soccer organizations, university student associations, community centres, etc…) to fundraise for their respective organizations.
