The event is free and open to all. Meal plates\, drinks\, and baked goods will be sold on site using a ticket system. \nWhat is at the festival?      \nThis is a celebration of Croatian culture with music\, food\, and entertainment throughout the afternoon and early evening. The organizers of this year’s festival event at the Centre\, led by Board of Director Anja Pavela\, head of the Cultural Programming Committee\, are planning for live music\, a kolo (traditional Croatian dance) demonstration and ongoing DJ’ing with historical and contemporary popular hits from the Croatian repertoire of Top 40 song lists. \nSponsorship opportunities are available. Croatian or local businesses wishing to advertise at the event and sponsor the event activities to contribute to ongoing hall modernization efforts and a newly revived cultural programming agenda for the year ahead are encouraged to contact Anja Pavela at anjapavela@hotmail.com

She holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering and has been a military helicopter pilot since 2008 subsequently becoming a flight instructor and test pilot. Born on August 15\, 1984 in Nova Gradiška\, Antonija completed her studies in aeronautics at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences in 2008. She became a military helicopter pilot and\, immediately following graduation\, was employed with the 393rd helicopter squadron in Zadar. In 2010\, she became a flight instructor\, and in 2015\, a test pilot on Bell 206B light helicopters. In 2022\, Antonija was promoted to the rank of air force Major. She is one of only eight female military pilots in Croatia. In her free time\, she is professionally and intensively engaged in fitness\, where she helps other women to maintain their health through exercise and proper nutrition\, and to build self-confidence by taking care of their bodies.
