<li>Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction</li>
<li> Interview, hire, and train new employees</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting a positive work environment</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards</li>

<li>Establish, implement and enforce Food Service Department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Plan, organize, direct and supervise the activities of the Food Service Department to ensure the provision of high-quality food service.</li>
<li>Plan menus based on Canada&#8217;s Food Guide to Healthy Eating for the resident population and special seasonal events.</li>
<li>Responsible for cooking for 50% of scheduled shifts, the other 50% of scheduled shifts are allocated to administrative duties and oversight of cooks.</li>
<li>Provides direct support to the cooks throughout meal service.</li>
<li>Purchase and receive all supplies necessary for daily meal preparation, nourishments and special events.</li>
<li>Develop and ensure the use of standardized recipes. Oversee meal preparation and participate in its preparation. Supervise meal service to ensure appropriate portion control and resident acceptance</li>
<li>Hire, terminate, schedule and train all Food Service employees. Establish and monitor work flow, evaluate performance and production making necessary changes to maintain quality service.</li>
<li>Ensure sanitation regulations pertaining to food preparation and food premises are followed.</li>
<li>Coordinate Dietary services with other departments as required.</li>
<li>Participate in budget preparation, monitor expenses and be accountable for working within budget.</li>
<li>At the request of the Residents&#8217; Council, attends Residents&#8217; Council Meetings.</li>

<p>Provides coordination and administrative support services to the consular and/or passport program and/or citizenship in a mission.  This includes document analysis and processing, collection and/or verification of information primarily for the purposes of passport/citizenship processing, consular case administration and reporting, following and tracking passport and consular cases, collection of fees and reconciling daily receipts and coordinating day-to-day processing of passport applications and consular case updates.</p>
<p>Provides coordination and senior administrative support services to the FPDS program in the mission, including the coordination of clerical and administrative processes and functions such as making travel and accommodation arrangements, scheduling meetings and appointments, document processing for Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) program, assisting with pre-visit arrangements and hospitality events, assisting with preparing and monitoring social media content, as well as drafting and updating visit programs, conducting research, collection and/or verification of information for a range of subjects, files and cases related to the FPDS program.</p>

<p style="margin: 12.0pt 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #3e4153;">We are open to hiring a recent grad, however, eligible candidates must be prepared to perform a range of dental assistant duties, clinically spanning many different dental procedures and some basic administrative duties. Knowledge of Paradigm software is an asset, but not required, however, the candidate will be required to use this program daily and must be prepared for training to become proficient. Competent fluency in English is required. Croatian speaking is an asset, but not required. </span></p>

<p>The Valuations group provides professional business valuation services for tax and estate planning, family law matters, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, etc.</p>
<p>This is an opportunity to learn about business valuation and corporate finance at the ground level and to work with and learn from a senior business valuation professional. You will work on a variety of exciting and challenging client files.</p>
<p>This is a one-year contract position which may transition to a permanent role.</p>
<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>The candidate would assist in a wide variety of business valuation assignments and would work directly under our senior business valuator to provide valuation and related services including but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Preparation of valuation schedules</li>
<li>Drafting of valuation reports</li>
<li>Financial modeling and valuation analysis</li>
</ul>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum: Undergraduate Commerce degree or MBA</li>
<li>2+ years of experience working in a finance or related role.</li>
<li>Interest in business valuation and corporate finance matters</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with Word and Excel</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Organizational and time management skills for various projects and deadlines</li>
<li>‘Outside the box’ thinking with a strong business sense</li>
</ul>
