The Speaker of the Croatian Parliament, Gordan Jandroković, along with a delegation of Croatian Parliamentarians will be visiting Canada in an official capacity from October 16-21, 2017 – with stops in Ottawa (October 16-19, 2017) and in Toronto and surrounding areas (October 19-21, 2017).
During the official visit hosted by the Speaker of the Canadian House of Commons (Geoffrey Paul Regan) and the Speaker of the Canadian Senate (George J. Furey), Mr. Jandroković will meet with members of the Parliament of Canada.
Members of the Croatian-Canadian community will have an opportunity to meet Mr. Jandroković and the other Croatian Parliamentarians on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Croatian Franciscan Center – Queen of Peace, in Norval (Ontario) at 7:30 p.m. This meeting with members of the Croatian-Canadian community is an important event for Mr. Jandroković along with the Croatian Parliamentarians, who are looking forward to the opportunity to exchange views and engage in conversations.
The last visit by the Speaker of Croatian Parliament to Canada was in June 2009.
